Returns policy
- Our return policy extends for 28 days from the date of your purchase.
If more than 28 days has elapsed we can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be untouched and in the same condition that it was received. Please make sure the item is in it's original packaging.
Non-returnable items include personalised orders, resetting and sale items. To complete a return, proof of purchase/receipt is required.
-Once a return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you of a successful or non successful return. If your return is accepted, credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
-It may take a few days for your return to be posted. If your refund hasn't been received, check with your bank first for processing times. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact our team at bluemoonopal@hotmail.com
-Items will only be replaced if proven to be faulty or damaged. Opals contain many naturally occuring flaws, every care should be taken to look after your jewellery by not mishandling them.
-Exchanges for damaged/broken gemstones will only be considered if it is clear that damage wasn't caused by mishandling, at our own discretion.
Please email us and let us know you have sent the item back and the reasons for doing so.
-The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £25 you should consider using a trackable service or insurance. We can't be liable for missing items in post, therefore we recommend all returned items to be tracked and signed for
